Our mission is to help women in career transitions take their next step forward, and to do it more boldly with a community of women cheering them on. It's also to continue to build that community of volunteers to help with that.

We hold top-notch educational workshops designed to enhance skills important to today's job search and professionals, but also to provide a very welcoming place for women to gather and connect. Topics include networking, résume writing, and financial tips.

Since launching less than a year ago, we’ve connected with over 25 women navigating career challenges and have hosted seven workshops and related events. Women who come to us are also connected with our growing network of dedicated volunteer resources who offer support with resumes, recruiter connections, and other job-related needs.
