A Transition, Not an End...

Dear Beautiful Red Lips for the Ladies Community,

From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: women helping women.

Because of each of you, Red Lips for the Ladies became so much more than a series of events. It became a community of encouragement, friendship, connection, and support. We are incredibly grateful for every woman who attended an event, shared her story, offered encouragement, or simply showed up for another woman.

Today, we want to share some bittersweet news.

After much thought and reflection, we've made the very difficult decision to pause Red Lips for the Ladies events and operations for the near future.

As many of you know, Red Lips has always been a volunteer-led organization. While we've been amazed by how quickly this community has grown, we've reached a point where we can’t support the continued growth with the current structure.  So, while we take some time to pause and reflect on the next best steps for the community and organization, we are putting things on hold.

But, this is a pause—not an ending.

The friendships, encouragement, and connections built through Red Lips for the Ladies don't end here. The need for women supporting women is just as important today as it was when we began, and we hope you'll continue lifting one another up and staying connected in the way we have done these past years.

What's Next?

We are happy to let you know that several members of our community have created an exciting Facebook group called Female Forward – Northeast Florida Career Empowerment to continue connecting, encouraging, and supporting women.
